The website currently provides preorder information and may offer preorder-list signup, but it does not accept orders or payment. When ordering opens, the shipping charge and estimated dispatch timing will be shown before payment.
Preorders and cancellation
The Zélie First Edition is expected to be offered by preorder. A paid preorder may be canceled for a full refund before the bag enters production by contacting hello@aertsvorn.com with the order number. We will email you when production of your bag begins.
Production and dispatch dates are estimates. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and provide the cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
U.S. shipping
We ship only to eligible addresses within the United States. Available destinations and shipping charges will be confirmed at checkout. Tracking information will be sent when an order ships.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
Fourteen-day returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery by emailing hello@aertsvorn.com with your order number. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging with any included accessories.
Do not send a return before receiving return instructions. Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs and for using secure, trackable packaging. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Refunds
We will inspect the returned item and notify you whether the return is accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
