Each Aertsvorn piece is produced in limited quantities. Pre-orders are paid in full at the time of purchase and are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks of your order date.
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before production of your piece begins. Once production has begun, your order can no longer be cancelled, but it remains eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
As the First Collection moves through final production, minor refinements may be made to improve construction, function, or finish. If a change materially affects the design of your piece, we will contact you before proceeding. You may approve the change or cancel your order for a full refund.
